THE RESTAURANT

Facing the lagoon, our spacious restaurant offers a savant blend of local Filipino and South European cuisine with a special French touch. Our meals are made from freshly picked ingredients. Favorites include Mango Mahi-Mahi, Fish Kinilaw and Truffel Pasta. Every lunch and dinner, we propose a new Daily “A la carte” menu composed by a choice of 2 starters, 2 main courses (usually 1 fish dish & meat dish) and 2 desserts. The daily menu is made according to the fresh catch of the day and the humor of the chef.

Our restaurant is also know for it's authentic thin crust pizza's, cooked in a Italian-made wood-fire oven. We bake our own French bread which we serve for breakfast, together with fresh fruits and your choice of crepes, eggs any style or cereals.

Our wine selection is 100% French represented by 20 different wine bottles. We made a selection of wine from different French regions from Bordeaux to Alsace, from Cote de Provence to Champagne, our wine selection will satisfy you.

Our well trained, English speaking staff will make sure your dining experience will be one to remember. You can enjoy an pre-dinner drink on the beach or in one of the two lounges.
